Do we need to buy both Kynection and Sage Intacct?

Yes - the two-system stack works because each platform does what it does best. Kynection handles field operations. Sage Intacct handles financial management. LimeLedger implements Sage Intacct and designs the integration between the two. If you are already using Kynection, we can work with your existing setup. If you are new to both, we help you get started with a sequenced implementation.

How long does implementation take?

Sage Intacct implementation typically takes 14 weeks. The Kynection-to-Sage Intacct integration is designed and built during that window. If you are implementing Kynection at the same time, Kynection runs their own implementation timeline in parallel. LimeLedger coordinates the two so data flows correctly from day one.

What size field services business is this suited to?

The stack is designed for businesses with annual revenue between $10M and $100M. Below that range, the cost and complexity of Sage Intacct is usually not justified. Above it, you likely need enterprise ERP. The sweet spot is the mid-market field services business that has outgrown MYOB or Xero and needs proper job costing, multi-entity reporting, and automated workflows.
