Systems Accountant
You understand how construction businesses actually work — from job costing and progress claims to retentions and subcontractor management. And you're as comfortable in a financial system as you are reading a set of accounts.
Experience in construction finance — project accounting, cost control, or CFO-adjacent roles
Hands-on with financial systems — ideally Sage Intacct, Procore, or similar cloud platforms
Comfortable working across both client-facing delivery and system configuration
A genuine interest in how technology can improve financial processes

AI Engineer
You build AI-powered tools that solve real business problems — not demos. You're excited about applying language models and automation to messy, real-world workflows in finance and construction operations.
Strong engineering fundamentals with production experience deploying AI or LLM-based systems
Genuine curiosity about business systems — ERP, workflow automation, data pipelines
Comfortable working in a small team where you'll own problems end-to-end
Interest in the construction or professional services industry is a plus

Solid full-stack or backend development skills — APIs, integrations, and data transformation
