Customer Terms

The agreements that govern your engagement with LimeLedger. These terms apply when you purchase LimeLedger services, Sage Intacct licences, or any other products through LimeLedger or an authorised reseller.

The following agreements apply depending on the nature of your engagement with LimeLedger. Where you are purchasing software licences, implementation services, or a combination of both, more than one agreement may apply. If you are unsure which agreements cover your engagement, please contact us at info@limeledger.com.

LimeLedger End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

Governs your use of any LimeLedger Products - proprietary software tools, templates, and automation frameworks created by LimeLedger. Applies whenever you access or use LimeLedger Products, including through an Order Form or authorised reseller.

LimeLedger Subscription Services Agreement

Applies to your subscription licence of LimeLedger Products as identified in your Order Form or other ordering document. Works in conjunction with the EULA to govern the ongoing subscription relationship between you and LimeLedger.

LimeLedger Data Processing Agreement

Applies to the extent LimeLedger processes personal information on your behalf in the course of delivering services. Covers LimeLedger's obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other applicable data protection laws, including the Australian Privacy Principles.

LimeLedger Master Services Agreement

Governs the delivery of professional services by LimeLedger, including Sage Intacct implementation, configuration, data migration, integration development, and related consulting. Applies to engagements under an Order Schedule or Statement of Work signed prior to June 2026. Clients currently on the Master Services Agreement will transition to the Technology Services Agreement upon annual contract renewal.

LimeLedger Technology Services Agreement

The current framework governing professional services engagements with LimeLedger from June 2026 onwards. Applies to all new Order Schedules and Statements of Work, covering implementation, configuration, data migration, integration development, and support services. Replaces the Master Services Agreement for new and renewing engagements.
